INGREDIENTS

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 250 g smoked tofu
  • 5 tbsp paprika

    Chop the garlic and red onion.
  • 2
    Wash and peel the potatoes, then dice them along with the tofu.
  • 3
    Heat the oil in a large pot, then add the onions to sauté.
  • 4
    Add the diced potatoes and tofu, and sauté them together.
  • 5
    Add the paprika, stir, then pour in about 6.5 dl of water before the paprika burns.

    Salt it and leave it to cook for 30 minutes over medium heat without a lid. Cook until it thickens and the potatoes are tender (if the liquid evaporates too quickly, add more water).

    Add the tomato paste and marjoram. Stir until the paste is fully incorporated. Then remove from heat and serve.
