INGREDIENTS
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 red onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Salt to taste
- 250 g smoked tofu
- 5 tbsp paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Chop the garlic and red onion.
- 2Wash and peel the potatoes, then dice them along with the tofu.
- 3Heat the oil in a large pot, then add the onions to sauté.
- 4Add the diced potatoes and tofu, and sauté them together.
- 5Add the paprika, stir, then pour in about 6.5 dl of water before the paprika burns.
- 6Salt it and leave it to cook for 30 minutes over medium heat without a lid. Cook until it thickens and the potatoes are tender (if the liquid evaporates too quickly, add more water).
- 7Add the tomato paste and marjoram. Stir until the paste is fully incorporated. Then remove from heat and serve.
