Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare a baking dish or tray approximately 20 cm × 27 cm.
Finely grate the potato and dice the tomatoes. Place both in a large bowl, add the ground turkey, flour, finely chopped basil, tomato paste, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the mixture thoroughly.
Place a layer of lasagna pasta at the bottom of the baking dish, then spread a portion of the meat mixture over it and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Continue layering until all ingredients are used up. The top layer should be the meat mixture, generously sprinkled with Parmesan.
Chef's tip
When serving, garnish with fresh basil leaves for an even more intense aroma.
