Preparation
Remove the leaves from the herb stems. Soak the skewers in cold water for at least 10 minutes to prevent them from burning during cooking.
Cut the pork into approx. 3 cm cubes. Place in a bowl, add the chopped herbs, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly, then let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours for the flavors to meld.
Cooking and Serving
Remove the meat from the marinade and thread it onto the soaked skewers. Cut the lemon in half.
Chef's tip
If you don't have a grill, you can achieve perfect results in a hot grill pan. The key is high heat!
