Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 195–200 °C and prepare a baking tray approximately 30 cm × 25 cm.
While the oven is preheating, prepare the vegetables: separate the cauliflower into smaller florets, peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Grate the mozzarella coarsely.
In a bowl, combine half of the cauliflower florets, half of the diced potatoes, the grated mozzarella, cream cheese, paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Use an immersion blender to process the mixture until almost completely smooth.
Chef's tip
When serving, you can sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives for an even fresher taste.
