Preparation method
Preparing and frying the meat
Finely chop the garlic and red onion. Crumble the feta cheese coarsely by hand and set aside.
Halve the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and finely chop the flesh. Also finely chop the olives (40 g for the meat).
Mix all ingredients except the cheese in a bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes to rest. Then divide the seasoned meat into 8 portions and form patties from each.
Chef's tip
You can also prepare the salsa with an immersion blender: coarsely blend the olives, spring onion, chili, lemon juice, and olive oil, then mix in the diced cucumber and dill.
