Preparation method
Cut off the wing tips (the very ends of the wings), then cut the wings in half at the joint.
In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the prepared wings, toss thoroughly, then set aside to marinate.
In a deep pot, heat a generous amount of oil to approximately 160 °C.
Chef's tip
It's worth leaving the wings in the marinade for at least 30 minutes for deeper flavors.
When serving, you can also offer fresh vegetable sticks or jasmine rice.
