Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius – it's best to use the grill function. Mix the minced meat with turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, one teaspoon of salt (or to taste), and ground black pepper. Add the chili flakes (recommended amount: 1 teaspoon). Stir in half of the finely chopped red onion and half of the chopped chives. Thoroughly combine the mixture, form it into small cylinders, and thread them onto the skewers.
Heat oil in a hot pan and quickly sear the skewers on all sides to form a crust. Then, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for another 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the yogurt dip. Mix the Greek yogurt with lime juice, the remaining chopped chives, and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
