Preparation and Marinating
Cut the chicken breast into approximately 3x3 cm cubes. Slice the chorizo into similar-sized pieces. Place everything in a bowl and season with ground sweet paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Pour in the olive oil, then mix again so that the seasoned oil coats all the meat. Place in the refrigerator to rest for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
Cooking
Thread the chicken and chorizo alternately onto the skewers, always finishing the sequence with meat. Preheat the grill (or pan) to approximately 230 °C.
Chef's tip
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning.
