
Sage Turkey with Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Preparation method
Wash the turkey breast, pat it dry, then season with salt and pepper. Cut into 8 smaller medallions, wrap each with bacon, and sear quickly on all sides in a hot pan to seal the meat fibers.
In a baking dish, mix the creme fraiche with the milk. Add the sliced leek, dried sage, salt, and pepper. Place the meat into the sauce, and put a fresh sage leaf on top of each piece. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the sweet potatoes: cut them into thicker slices or halves, and score their surface (but do not cut all the way through). Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with cinnamon and chili flakes, and finally drizzle with lime juice.
