Pick the leaves off the herb stems and chop them. Soak the skewers in cold water for at least 10 minutes to prevent them from burning during cooking.
Cut the pork into approximately 3 cm cubes. Place in a bowl, add the chopped herbs, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly, then cover and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Cooking and serving
Thread the marinated meat onto the soaked skewers. Cut the lemon in half.
