Preparation method
Place the minced beef in a bowl. Add the sesame oil, 15 ml rice vinegar, curry powder, soy sauce, chili sauce, and salt. Knead thoroughly, then let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and peanut butter. Whisk until smooth.
Cut the carrots and cucumber into thin strips (julienne). Slice the red onion into very thin rings. In a bowl, mix the remaining 30 ml rice vinegar with the sugar, and let the vegetables marinate in this mixture for a short time.
