Preparation method
Wash and clean the broccoli, then separate it into florets. Peel and finely chop the red onion. Cut the turkey breast into strips.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, then add the broccoli and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package – pour hot water over it (usually 1.6–2 parts water to 1 part couscous), cover, and let it stand for about 10–15 minutes until the couscous absorbs all the water.
