- 4 pcs whole wheat tortilla
- 200 g carrot
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 150 g hummus
- 2 handfuls arugula
- 8 pcs radish
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Cut the carrots into larger sticks, then mix them with olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, and a pinch of salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes, until tender and slightly browned.
Spread the tortillas thickly with hummus, then distribute the fresh arugula, roasted carrots, and thinly sliced radishes on them. Season with pepper to taste.
Roll up the tortillas tightly, and if necessary, wrap them in paper for easier consumption.
