Summer Bloody Mary

Put the ice cubes into a shaker, pour in the vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, and lemon juice.

Season with salt and pepper, then gently stir — do not shake, to preserve its texture.

Strain into glasses with ice cubes, garnish with a celery stalk and a lime slice.
