Preheat the oven to 220–225 °C and prepare a large, oven-safe pan.

Wash the chicken breast, pat it dry, then season both sides with salt and pepper. Peel and finely chop the red onion.

Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
