- 500 g minced beef
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 small red onion
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 250 g pak choi lettuce
- 2 orange bell peppers
Mix the minced meat with 3 cloves of crushed garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, and finely chopped red onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Form golf ball-sized balls from the mixture, then flatten them slightly with your palm.
Grill the patties on a hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Good quality beef can remain slightly pink inside. Grill the bell peppers cut into larger slices for the same amount of time.
While grilling, prepare the dip: mix the yogurt with one clove of crushed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, sage, and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the grilled meat on pak choi leaves with the yogurt dip and roasted peppers.
