Grilled Pork Loin with Horseradish and Fresh Bread

Take the meat out of the fridge at least 2 hours before grilling to allow it to warm up to room temperature.

Thinly brush both sides of the quality pork loin slices with olive oil, then salt and pepper to taste.

Grill the meat for 5-10 minutes per side, depending on the grill temperature and the desired doneness of the meat.
