- 4 pcs chicken breast with wing bone (supreme)
- 6 tbsp vegetable cooking oil
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Steps
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- 2Season the chicken breasts thoroughly with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 3In a large pan, heat the oil over high heat. Place the chicken breasts skin-side down and cook for about 4 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. While cooking, gently press the meat against the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon to ensure the skin cooks evenly. Then reduce the heat to medium, flip the meat, and cook the other side for 3 minutes. Transfer the seared breasts to a baking tray and place them in the oven for 8 minutes.
- 4Remove the cooked meat from the oven, place it on a cutting board, and let it rest for 6 minutes. Then slice it and serve immediately.
