INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 glasses milk
- Ice
PREPARATION
- 1Place the coffee and sugar in a tall bowl with 2 tablespoons of hot water, then whisk until frothy with an immersion blender.
- 2Put ice in clean, dry glasses and pour milk over it. The glasses should be about 3/4 full.
- 3Divide the whipped frothy mixture among the glasses and your Dalgona coffee is ready.
