Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Spread the pine nuts and pistachios in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Then transfer to a bowl to cool.
Prepare the sliced almonds in the same way: bake in the oven for 8 minutes, then let cool.
Heat a pan over medium heat and toast the shredded coconut dry, stirring constantly, until light golden brown. Set aside to cool.
Chef's tip
Only grate the yellow part of the lemon, the white part is bitter.
Instead of raisins, you can also use dried cranberries.
