Making banana ghosts is extremely simple. Cut the peeled bananas in half with a knife so that they can stand upright on their cut surface.

If you want the bananas not to brown, drizzle them with a little lemon juice.

Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler. To draw the faces, use a toothpick as a brush: dip it into the melted chocolate and draw scary faces on the bananas.
