Preparation method
Heat 200 g (approx. 220 ml) of water. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and oil. Using the dough hook of a kitchen robot, start mixing on the first speed, gradually pouring in the hot water. Once the dough comes together, switch to the second speed and knead for 5 minutes.
Divide the dough into 5 portions and form each into a ball. Cover with a kitchen towel to prevent them from drying out.
Heat a non-stick pan (or a steel pan lightly greased with oil). Meanwhile, roll out each ball individually into a flatbread approximately 26 cm in diameter and 1 mm thick.
