- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 glasses milk
- ice cubes to taste
In a high-sided bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of hot water. Whisk with a hand mixer until a thick, stiff, and light brown foam forms.
Place ice cubes in glasses, then fill them with milk to about three-quarters full.
Divide the whipped coffee foam among the tops of the glasses. The iced Dalgona coffee is now ready; it's worth stirring before serving.
Chef's tip
To achieve the perfect foam, it's important that the water is truly hot and that you patiently whisk the foam with the mixer.
