Fresh, lactose-free boxed milk produced with ESL technology can be stored for 21 days from the date of manufacture.

ESL (Extend Shelf Life) technology is practically between pasteurization and ultra-pasteurization. It is a heat treatment in which the milk is heated to a temperature between 100-135 °C for a few moments, then cooled rapidly. As a result, the enjoyment value of the milk does not decrease, but its shelf life increases to 21-28 days.
ESL milks require refrigeration.
