
Chicken liver wrapped in bacon, with sweet chili and marinated cucumber

Preparation method
Clean the livers from sinews and membranes, then soak them in milk for 1 hour, into which 2 cloves of grated garlic and 2 dkg of salt have been added beforehand.
Peel and grate the cucumber, salt it, squeeze lime juice over it, add one tablespoon of sushi ginger, half a thinly sliced red onion, and a little honey, then refrigerate until serving. Only sprinkle with spring onion when serving.
Wrap the marinated livers in bacon and sear them all around in a hot pan, then place them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 5-8 minutes.
