INGREDIENTS

  • 90 g pureed banana
  • 160 g milk or buttermilk (plant-based drink can also be used)
  • 30 g ManóMenü cooking oil
  • 100 g durum flour (but whole wheat flour can also be used)
  • 1 teaspoon ManóMenü phosphate-free baking powder
  • 90 g natural (unsweetened) apple sauce

  • Whole wheat flour

PREPARATION

    Whisk the banana and apple puree with the milk until frothy, then add the oil and the flour mixed with baking powder. Pour into a silicone or non-stick doughnut mold and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 20-22 minutes until done. The color will clearly show when it's ready.
Tip
It's perfect as is for children, and adults can dip it in cinnamon sugar. It's most delicious dipped in apple sauce!
