Start heating it over medium heat and bring to a boil while stirring constantly, then remove from the stove and let it cool. It is important to cool it thoroughly, because if you mix it with the whipped cream while warm, it will run.
Once the coffee cream has cooled, whip the cream until stiff, then fold in the cream in 2-3 batches.
