A2 milk takes the experience of milk consumption to a new level. This innovative product contains exclusively β-casein A2 protein. It is designed for those who want to enjoy the rich taste of fresh milk, and A2 milk can also be an excellent choice for those with sensitive stomachs.
Milk is one of the most valuable sources of nutrition for humans. It is rich in proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. These are essential for the optimal functioning of the body. In terms of composition, cow's milk contains approximately 87.5% water, 4.6% lactose, 3.8% milk fat, 3.3% milk protein, and a number of important minerals and vitamins in 0.8%.
Currently, milks and dairy products available on the market are not tested to see whether they come from cows with the A1 or A2 ß-casein gene. The A2 milk distributed by our company is the result of several years of genetic testing-based selection of dairy cattle.

What is ESL technology?
Very high temperature heat treatment (ESL heat treatment): a heat treatment above 100 °C, in which milk, cream or dairy products are heated to a maximum of 134 °C for at least 0.1 seconds.
This rapid and intensive heat treatment allows the milk to be stored refrigerated for up to several weeks without its taste changing, as is the case with UHT milk. ESL technology is therefore ideal for those looking for a longer shelf life while preserving the natural taste of fresh milk.

Producer information
The owners and employees of A2 Tej Trade Kft., based in Dömsöd, and Dunatáj Mg Kft. have been working with several domestic and international research institutes and universities in recent years to increase the domestic production of milk with a more favourable protein composition through targeted selection, creating the basis for the production of tens of thousands of litres of A2 quality raw material per day.
Our raw material is produced in GMO-free production with the support of the Holstein Association.
