INGREDIENTS
- 100-120 g semolina
- 2 dl milk
- 6 dkg butter
- Zest of half an organic lemon
- 2 pcs eggs
- 3 dkg sugar
- Pinch of scraped vanilla seeds
- Powdered sugar for topping

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Thoroughly mix the milk with the egg, sugar, and lemon zest.
- 2Stir in the semolina and let it sit for half an hour for the semolina to swell.
- 3Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and pour in the semolina mixture.
- 4Stir it every few minutes, and use a wooden spoon to control whether you want larger or smaller pieces.
- 5Serve with powdered sugar, applesauce, or jam.
