Preparation method
Prepare the ingredients: grate the marinated tofu on a coarse grater, and the carrots on a fine grater.
Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan, add the grated tofu, carrots, and curry spice. Sauté for about 3 minutes until fragrant.
Let the sautéed mixture cool slightly, then mix it with the cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chef's tip
The spread stays fresh for 2-3 days when stored in the refrigerator. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh chives or parsley for an even fresher taste.
