Preparing the Colorful Pasta
Put the spinach puree (or your chosen natural coloring) into a large pot, then add enough water to comfortably fit the pasta. Season with salt and bring to a boil.
Add the spaghetti to the boiling colored water and cook according to the package instructions (al dente).
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it. If the bits of spinach bother you, quickly rinse it under running water.
