Preparation method

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water (approx. 20 g salt) until al dente, then drain.

Cut the zucchini lengthwise into quarters, then slice into pieces about 0.5 cm thick.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Halve the chili pepper and slice into thin strips. Chop the sage. Remove the sausage from its casing and crumble into larger pieces.

Chef's tip

Instead of fresh pasta, you can use 80 g of dry pasta per serving. In this case, cook according to the instructions on the package.
