
Spaghetti with creamy baked feta cheese sauce

Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 190–195 °C and prepare a baking tray or dish approximately 25 cm × 30 cm.
Bring salted water to a boil in a medium saucepan, then cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package (approx. 10-12 minutes). Once done, drain it.
Dice the celery stalks and red onion, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Place all the vegetables in the baking dish, add the olive oil, salt, pepper, and canned chopped tomatoes, then mix thoroughly. Place the whole block of feta cheese on top of the vegetable mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes.
