Ingredients
- 250 g Dry spaghetti
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley
- 12 pcs Olives
- 1 tbsp Capers
- 1 pc Chili
- 4 pcs Anchovies
- 300 g Canned chopped tomatoes
Steps
- 1Cook 200 g linguine or spaghetti pasta al dente (reserve a glass of the strained cooking water).
- 2Sauté garlic in a little olive oil (it should just 'dance' in the oil, not brown).
- 3Add anchovies and chili flakes.
- 4Stir, then add olives and capers.
- 5Once the sauce base is sizzling, add the canned tomatoes and cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes.
- 6Add the al dente pasta and a little cooking water.
- 7Cook together for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce evenly coats the pasta.
- 8Serve the pasta with freshly chopped parsley.
