Preparation method
Peel the garlic cloves and shallots, then chop them into small pieces. Wash the basil leaves and carefully pat them dry with a paper towel.
Place the garlic, shallots, basil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil into a blender.
Add salt and freshly ground white pepper, then blend everything until smooth and emulsified.
Chef's tip
This dressing is excellent with fresh garden salads, tomato dishes, or even roasted vegetables. It keeps for 3-4 days when stored in the refrigerator.
