- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 300 g cucumber
- 30 g fresh mint
- 20 g chives
- 16 g lemon juice
- 16 g olive oil
- 7 g garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Peel and grate the cucumber. Place it in a colander over a bowl. Sprinkle with a little salt and let it drain for about 2 hours to remove excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, and finely chopped mint and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Finally, add the drained cucumber and mix thoroughly. Before serving, let it rest in the refrigerator for the flavors to meld.
