- 120 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 30 g sesame seeds
- 50 g sliced almonds
- 30 g walnuts
- 20 g pistachios
- 15 g chia seeds
- 15 g psyllium husk
- 50 g dried tomatoes
- 300 ml water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 piece baking paper
In a bowl, mix the seeds and nuts (cut larger pieces into smaller ones). Add the chia seeds, psyllium husk, and finely chopped dried tomatoes. Pour in the water and let it stand for a short time until the chia seeds and psyllium husk absorb the moisture.
Line a loaf pan with baking paper, then spread the mixture evenly into it.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 55 minutes. Then, lift the bread out with the paper, flip it onto a baking sheet, and bake for another 15 minutes on the other side. Let it cool completely before slicing.
