In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix the flour and salt.

Mix the soft butter with the sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Crumble the yeast into the lukewarm milk and mix.

Make a well in the center of the flour, pour in the yeasted milk, and add the 3 eggs. Knead the dough on medium speed for 5 minutes.

Chef's tip

A 25 × 10 × 7 cm loaf pan is ideal for baking.

In step 7, the proofing time may vary depending on the freshness of the yeast and the kitchen temperature. Be patient and wait until it rises nicely!
