Preparation and kneading
In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix the flour and salt.
Mix the soft butter with the sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Crumble the yeast into the lukewarm milk and mix.
Make a well in the center of the flour, pour in the yeasted milk, and add the 3 eggs. Knead the dough on medium speed for 5 minutes.

A 25 × 10 × 7 cm loaf pan is ideal for baking.
