Preparation method
Pour the lukewarm milk into the bowl of a food processor, crumble in the fresh yeast, then add the rest of the ingredients (flour, soft butter, sugar, and salt). Using the dough hook, knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
Flour the work surface and place the dough on it. Form it into a ball, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, until it doubles in size.
Shape the risen dough into a log, then divide it into 12 equal parts. Form small balls from each piece and place them at a sufficient distance from each other on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chef's tip
Use a serrated knife to cut the dough, so it doesn't pull the dough and the pattern will be nicer.
