Wash the zucchini, then grate it finely. Squeeze out any excess water thoroughly. Grind the almonds into a fine flour (or use ready-made almond flour) and add to the zucchini.
Add the 3 eggs, coconut oil, baking powder, crushed garlic, spices, and salt. Mix thoroughly until you get a softer dough.
Line a loaf pan with baking paper, then pour in the mixture. Sprinkle the top with sliced almonds for decoration.
Chef's tip
Store the bread in the refrigerator to keep it fresh and moist for several days. It's also delicious toasted!
