In a large bowl, mix the flour, lukewarm water, oil, crumbled yeast, and salt. Add the finely chopped mozzarella, diced bacon, marjoram, garlic granules, and finely chopped chives.

Knead the dough by hand or with a kitchen robot until it is smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 10 equal parts and form them into balls (buns).
Chef's tip
Freshly baked buns are excellent with any spread, plain cream cheese, or liver pâté. They are best served warm!
