Ingredients

  • 200 g carrot
  • 150 g white carrot
  • 100 g celery root
  • 100 g potato
  • 1 pc onion
  • 3000 ml water
  • 15 g Szafi Reform tarragon stew spice blend
  • 200 ml cooking cream
  • 100 ml lime juice
  • 1 g salt

Steps

    Cook the vegetables until tender in the seasoned water, then thicken with the powder base + coconut cream + lemon juice mixture. Season with salt afterwards.

    Wash, peel, and dice the vegetables. Sauté the onion in oil, then add the vegetables and fry for a few minutes.

    Then pour in water or meat/vegetable broth and season with Szafi Reform tarragon stew spice blend.

    Once the vegetables are tender, thicken the soup. Prepare the thickening mixture by whisking together the Szafi Reform Creamy-Cheesy powder base, coconut cream, and lemon juice, then pour it into the soup and let it simmer.

    Season with salt afterwards.
