INGREDIENTS
- 3 kg carp
- Carp roe
- 3 heads of onion
- 3 tbsp paprika
- Salt
- Cherry pepper to taste
- Matchstick pasta
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the cleaned carp into pieces and salt it the day before cooking.
- 2Bring it to a boil over high heat, and once it boils, reduce the heat.
- 3Place the fish meat and chopped onion in your largest pot. Add 1.2 litres of water for every kilogram of fish meat.
- 4Let the soup simmer vigorously for 35-40 minutes. During this time, the flavours will perfectly meld together.
- 5Serve the finished fish soup with the fish pieces and freshly cooked pasta.
- 6Once the foam has boiled away, add the paprika. After 15-20 minutes of cooking, add the roe and cherry peppers, then you can increase the heat again.
