Naturmind Coconut Blossom Sugar

Coconut blossom sugar, as its name suggests, is obtained from the flower of the coconut palm using a method that allows not only the sugar but also the vitamins and minerals in the nectar to remain in the product.

Like cane and beet sugar, coconut blossom sugar is mainly composed of sucrose, so its energy content is the same. It is not recommended for diabetics or dieters.

Although it contains some important vitamins and minerals, since these are present in small amounts and it is not recommended or possible to consume enough coconut blossom sugar to cover any of the recommended daily intake of these nutrients, coconut blossom sugar cannot be called particularly healthy. However, it is true that if you are going to consume sugar, this is a healthier and more natural alternative.
