- 12 dkg unsalted butter
- 1 spoon sugar

- 3 dl 35% whipping cream
- 70 dkg natural Philadelphia cream
- 10 dkg sugar
- 5 dkg sour cream
- Juice and grated zest of 1 lemon
- Vanilla extract to taste

Preparation
- 1For the base, melt the butter and crush the biscuits.
- 2For the cream, thoroughly mix the room-temperature cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, and sour cream, then add the lemon juice and grated zest.
- 3Whip the ice-cold whipping cream until stiff, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- 4Spread the cream evenly over the cold biscuit base with a spatula, cover with foil, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Tip
Serve plain, or with summer fruits, or even with caramel sauce.
