  • 12 dkg unsalted butter
  • 1 spoon sugar

  • 3 dl 35% whipping cream
  • 70 dkg natural Philadelphia cream
  • 10 dkg sugar
  • 5 dkg sour cream
  • Juice and grated zest of 1 lemon
  • Vanilla extract to taste

Preparation

    For the base, melt the butter and crush the biscuits.

    For the cream, thoroughly mix the room-temperature cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, and sour cream, then add the lemon juice and grated zest.

    Whip the ice-cold whipping cream until stiff, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.

    Spread the cream evenly over the cold biscuit base with a spatula, cover with foil, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Tip
Serve plain, or with summer fruits, or even with caramel sauce.
