INGREDIENTS

  • 125 grams tapioca pearls
  • 250 ml coconut cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp. sugar or honey

PREPARATION

    Add a can of coconut milk and enough water to cover the tapioca pearls.

    Cook over low heat, stirring frequently and adding water as needed, until the pearls turn from white to translucent.

    Once cooked, stir in the vanilla sugar and sugar/honey.

    Portion into bowls and refrigerate. Garnish with fruits or even seeds when serving.
