  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 170 g 20% sour cream
  • 300 g all-purpose flour
  • 5 g baking soda
  • 80 g sugar

  • Jam
  • Sour cream
  • Vanilla sugar

PREPARATION

    Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, then thoroughly mix it with the egg and sugar. Add the flour, baking soda, and mix well.

    Using a teaspoon, drop small doughnuts into hot oil, then fry them over medium heat until golden brown. Remove them onto a paper towel to drain.

    The doughnuts will turn over by themselves while frying.

    According to taste, roll them in cinnamon sugar or sprinkle with cinnamon powdered sugar.

    Serve with jam and sweet vanilla sour cream.
