Naturmind gluten-free instant buckwheat porridge 

Buckwheat does not originally belong to cereals (it belongs to the Polygonaceae family), but it is very similar in appearance, nutritional value, and usage possibilities.

When preparing the porridge, no additives are added to the buckwheat, and nothing is removed from it, so all the values naturally found in buckwheat are also present in the porridge. This way, you can consume a grain rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals not only as a side dish but also for breakfast!

Preparation

Pour 80°C rice drink or water over the mixture, then let it stand for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste (with jam, raisins). It can be used for plain, vegetable, or fruit porridges, and for thickening soups and sauces.
