Preparation method
Mix the gelatin powder with one tablespoon of water and set aside for 15 minutes to hydrate.
Meanwhile, thoroughly heat the coconut milk and add the soaked gelatin, 3 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, and mix thoroughly.
Pour the panna cotta base into bowls and place them in the refrigerator.
Chef's tip
Mango also pairs well with passion fruit; it's worth mixing them, as the acidity of passion fruit beautifully compensates for the intensely sweet taste of mango. If mango is not available, it's also delicious with peaches, or even raspberries, strawberries, and pineapple.
