Wok Pak Choi, lettuce type
Pak choi usually grows to a height of 25-35 centimetres, its leaves are green and resemble chard lettuce, its petiole is white, straight and firm to the touch.
This special, unusual pak choi variety has light green leaves and a thinner, pale green stem.
It is characterised by low energy and high dietary fibre content, and it is also a significant source of beta-carotene, folic acid, vitamin C and calcium.
Interesting fact
Pak choi is also known as paksoy, pakchoy, bok choi, but in all these cases it is always the same plant.

Use
It can be eaten raw or steamed, fried in a wok with vegetable dishes, but it can also be used to make a delicious soup.
Given the high vitamin and phytonutrient content of fresh vegetables, the only suggestion regarding their preparation is to try to process them raw. Therefore, we should avoid cooking them with heat, so that we can consume these delicious vitamin bombs without losing any nutrients.
